Scope and evidence review

The library now contains 28 active topics in six groups. This is a selective baseline for three new and three expanded topics; it is not a complete all-topic monitoring run. Prior full-check timestamps, events and the fixed September 12 initial brief are preserved.

Topic Change Coverage and limits
Cancer treatment, vaccines and recurrence prevention Broadened stable cancer_vaccines topic Targeted drugs, ADCs, cell therapies and radiopharmaceuticals added using FDA records and a sponsor trial listing. Prior vaccine evidence remains dated.
Bone health, joint preservation and cartilage repair Broadened stable joint_preservation topic Osteoporosis, fracture prevention and non-union repair added. Bone density, fractures and healing remain distinct; EB613 dates are sponsor forecasts.
Mental-health treatments, SSRIs and newer antidepressants Broadened stable ssri_antidepressants topic Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar and addiction scopes now explicit. Representative failures and controlled AUD evidence retained; CRAVE enrollment/outcome dates need confirmation.
Allergy and airway disease New allergy_airway topic Food/environmental allergy, asthma, COPD and chronic sinus disease. Six representative developments; some sponsor-only evidence.
Infectious-disease prevention and treatment New infectious_disease topic Future antibiotics/classes, resistance, human phage/adjunct research, vaccines, long-acting prevention and antivirals explicitly included. Six representative development areas.
Genetic screening and risk prediction New genetic_screening topic Inherited variants, chronic-disease prediction, reproductive/embryo testing, pharmacogenomics and newborn sequencing. Clinical outcomes, prediction validation and embryo simulations remain separate.

The topic pages retain primary-source links, dates, U.S. status, safety considerations and expected milestones. No exhaustive program census or comprehensive rumor sweep was completed. Unknown timing is recorded explicitly; older findings were not labeled as new medical news.

The Screening, genetics and cancer group now includes genetic screening. Function and immunity includes allergy/airway and infectious disease. Catalog order remains authoritative in the sidebar and Atlas cards. Screening tags also include genetic screening and bone-health assessment. Existing topic IDs and links remain stable.

The existing therapy-and-screening-watch automation was updated to follow the expanded scope. Its Tuesday/Friday 9 a.m. America/New_York schedule, worldwide human-research scope, U.S. availability emphasis, attributed-rumor policy and meaningful-change notifications were preserved. Genetic modeling directly relevant to human screening is included only when labeled as modeling.

Website edition

Canonical notes are exported through the existing public projection. Personal-note sections and identifying context remain private. The public edition receives the research baselines, source links and timing labels; export or publication dates do not refresh untouched evidence. Combined website validation and publication follow the maintainer workflow.
